My kitten fell and seems sore. Should I be worried or just rest him?

If you can find a crate large enough to hold all of that equipment plus him, I would put him in it. No running, jumping, or playing. Don't let him outside if he's normally allowed outside. Should he still be limping after 24 hours, then I would take him into the vet for a lameness exam and possibly x-rays. Hi there. So sorry that Noogie hurt his leg! Cats rarely just sprain/strain a limb like dogs do. If they are limping usually they are significantly injured. I would recommend taking him in for an exam and x-ray. If you choose to watch him just make sure he stays inside! Make sure he is eating and drinking normally and using the litter box. Whatever you do - DO NOT- give him any over the counter medications like tylenol or aspirin!!! Cats are extremely sensitive to these medications and can die if given them. Hi, I would start with monitoring him for the next 24 hours, limit his exercise and movement, keep him indoor and watch if with extra rest there is improvement.
