My 6mth old kitten had a fall yesterday. Attached photo. Landed on his back. Nothing appeared emergent. No meowing. Walks, runs, jumps, eats, litter box all as normal. No visible issue. Spent the whole day sleeping. Brief playing. Seems less energetic. Maybe a bit stiff. Could there be something gojng on that I’m missing? Or maybe just sore and needs a few days of rest? No limps. No aggression. Can touch him everywhere as normal. No concussion symptoms.

Poor Milo. I would restrict his activity (no jumping, playing, running) for about 5-7 days. If this is a soft tissue injury it may need some time to heal. If he isn't improving or stops eating I would have your vet look at him. Our vet should be able to localize the pain and take X-rays if needed to ensure nothing is broken. Your vet will also be able to prescribe pain meds if needed. I would not recommend to give any human pain meds as most of these are toxic to cats. I hope this helps!
