New kitten eating litter, licking food gravy. Is she nervous?

Congrats on your new kitten! Moving to a new home is very stressful, and adding on flying to this new home, and Adelaide will be very stressed. It will take her a couple of days to get used to her new home. She may be coming out at night when you are asleep, and I would make sure to leave out food and water at all times for her to have when she decides to come out. I would leave her be for now, don't try to get her to come out to you, she will come out in her own time. Leave out some boiled white meat chicken (no bones) or you can soak her kitten food in tuna juice to tempt her to eat. When you do see her moving around, don't make sudden movements towards her, or make a big deal of it. Ignore her until she comes to you, and gently give her pets and praise. Be patient, it will take time for her to adjust, but she will get used to her new home :-)

Congrats on your new kitty. She does sounds a bit stressed, and moving into a new home is stressful. It's good that she is eating the food Pea got at the shelter, and the vomiting could have been caused by a change in diet if you were feeding her something different before. If she's not eating a lot, then she won't be pooping a lot. Reading your post, there aren't any huge concerns, so I'd just keep an eye on her for now. Moving to a new home can be very scary for new pets. Bring Claymore the food and water and put them next to his hiding area (if he is under the bed, put the dishes under the bed). Also bring in his litter box close to the area. Giver him a few days to get use to things. Keep the environment calm and don't allow him to be hounded by other pets or children until he is more comfortable. Poor Onyx! She sounds quite scared. I would continue to allow her to familiarize herself with her new environment and you as her new ‘human’. Some cats will be quite sociable from the outset, others take time to adjust to new surroundings. Provide her with plenty of hiding places where she can be safe, give her space to become acclimated, and ensure she has food and water available in a safe location. You can spend time just sitting on the floor near her, maybe tease her with a toy on a string and see if you can coax her closer. Take it nice and slow with her and I suspect that soon she will be bouncing all over the house!

Congratulations on your new kitten! I would recommend looking at the food you are feeding her for guidelines on amount to feed. Each food will have a different calorie content for the same measured amount of food, so you need to check either the packaging or if you no longer have the packaging you should be able to find that food's information online and there should be a chart which gives guidelines on amount to feed based on size in the chart. The kneading and laying down/getting up behavior are not concerning and are common in kittens. She may just be adjusting to her new home. I would consider getting a Feliway diffuser (pheremone releasing plug-in product) which can provide a calming effect for cats and is available online, in many pet stores and vet offices.

She is showing she is adjusting by eating, drinking, and using the litter box. I would give her attention as much as possible, playing with her and showing her love. This will make the adjustment less stressful, and show her that her new home is a comfortable place to live. I'd also get her a cat tree and set it up by a window.
