Pet's info: Cat | Asian | Female | unspayed

This kitten is getting worse day by day..it has this dry patchy skin on its head and its eyes is barely open now..it closes its eyes all the time..I feel it senses things and walks/acts..one of its legs shakes when it lifts it and its overall body also shakes a little..though it eats quite well it is weak..a chemist gave me an ointment for the skin plus I am putting a fleas and tick powder as well..please diagnose and advise me on what can I do by myself to cure it..we don't have vets here..help

The symptoms you have described do not fit with a fungal infection like ringworm. The skin appears unkempt all over. Jessy may have light sensitivity, which can happen with a number of diseases, such as tick-borne disease, autoimmune diseases, kidney disease, etc. I am so sorry, but without being able to examine Jessy and run blood work, I am not sure how to help you. Some of these diseases benefit from steroids, but in some cases, steroids could make things worse. He really needs to be evaluated by a vet.
