My kitten's stomach is bloated after deworming. Should I call vet?

  Congrats on your new cat, but I'm sorry she's having problems! It sounds like Ivy may be constipated. Constipation can be caused by anal sac impaction, intestinal parasites, a foreign body, too little fiber in the diet, or lack of exercise. I recommend giving her a teapoon of canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) mixed in with her food to see if that helps. If she is still constipated in 24-48 hours, she will need to see a vet as she will likely need a laxative or an enema. Your vet can diagnose the cause of the constipation as well.

  Sorry Ivy is having this issue. If she has been off her food I am guessing maybe she has not drank a lot either? If that is the case she may be a bit dehydrated causing the constipation.
  
  You can try giving her some canned pumpkin - 1/4 to 1/2 cup twice a day to see if that helps. You may also want to put some chicken broth on her food - that will increase water intake due to the sodium content. If no improvement in a day or so she may need a vet visit.
  
  Also remember if she hasn't been eating well she may not have a lot of poop in there to come out.

  The fact that she is not moving around much probably is causing the constipation as well. In the meantime, while you are waiting for the vet's check up you can use canned pumpkin (not pie filling, just the straight-up pumpkin) or liquid paraffin. This should work straight away in the following 8 hours from administration. DO NOT TRY to give an enema as it could be dangerous and cause electrolyte imbalances and colon perforation.
