Kitten bitten by outside cat, now not walking. What should I do?

Grey should really be seen by a vet as soon as possible., If this is not an option, you should keep him rested and offer small amount of water and liquid food every 2-3 hrs. You may have to use a syringe if he is not taking food by himself. Unfortunately, human painkillers are dangerous to cats and there are no home remedies either that can be helpful for Grey. It is hard to say what happened to him, he may have broken limb, muscular discomfort or painful abdomen from internal organ trauma. He needs full clinical assessment to find out what has happened.

This is an emergency. Your kitten needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. Please do not wait for this to come right without treatment, especially since the weekend looms. Goldy may have just gotten a scare, however it is better to be safe than sorry and have Goldy examined by a vet.

The kitten needs medication, I recommend taking it to a veterinarian as it sounds like it needs antibiotics and possibly pain medication as well. Do not give any human medications as many are toxic to cats. Depending on exam findings, the vet may recommend xrays as well if they suspect significant trauma to the leg. Ouch, your poor kitten! I would have him seen by a vet for it. He may need to be sedated in order to clean it properly, and it may need stitches to close the cut. In addition, since he cut it outside, he will likely need antibiotics to prevent the cut from being infected. I would take him into a vet. Good luck, I hope this helps!

Poor Tyr! My cat is also named Tyr! You can't rule out his leg being broken without an x-ray. He is in a lot of pain if he won't walk on the leg, and unfortunately there are no OTC pain medications you can give him. Many human ones are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. You need to take him into a vet today to get this diagnosed and treated. I strongly urge you to take him into a vet now. Best of luck.

Snowball sounds like he has a nasty infected wound from the bite and the bacteria in the wound often makes cats feel very sick. Hot compress the bite area with a warm water/epsom salt solution as often as you can to keep the wound draining and open until you can get to the veterinarian for some antibiotics and pain medication. Not an emergency, but he'll feel much better if you can get the abscess open and draining and get some medication into him from the veterinarian!

Sounds like Garth is still experiencing quite a bit of pain. While there may not be any clear fractures, other injuries involving soft tissue structures such as ligaments, tendons, and muscles can be equally painful. There are also injuries to nerves that can result in pretty severe pain. Lastly, dislocations can also occur (particularly in the hip) that are extremely painful. However, that should have showed up clearly on the x-ray assuming they shot all the way up to hip joint. I would continue to give him his medication as prescribed and make sure he is rested and confined. However, if matters are not any better by the time the prescribed course of meds is complete, he will need to be brought back in to the veterinarian for reassessment.
