Injured cat found: eye clotted, jaw won't close. What to do?

I would recommend having a veterinarian look at this for the most appropriate treatment. She will likely need to be sedated and have stitches placed in this area to help reattach the skin to the jaw.

Considering the pics you uploaded, I can say there is a deep and severe corneal ulcer with a possible penetrating injury. An immediate check up is required to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately. Antibiotic eye drops are certainly needed but a surgical intervention may be required.

Oreo could have in addition to the broken tooth a jar fracture. I recommend he be checked out by a veterinarian as soon as possible. This is because the broken tooth can lead to a tooth root abscess as well as if the jaw is broken it will need some sort of stabilization procedure. In the meantime try feeding Oreo a very liquid diet such as a gruel of his normal food and plenty of water and keep it indoors at all times. Do not give any human pain medication as it can be very toxic to cats.

Your cat may have toothroot abscesses that broke through into the sinuses or are affecting her tear ducts. There may also be an inflammatory condition of the gland of the third eyelid. You need to make an appointment with your veterinarian for a hands-on exam.

It appears as though his third eyelid may be elevated and possibly damaged. The veterinarian will determine if medication such as antibiotics are warranted. If there is eye disease, such as a corneal ulcer or scratch across the eye, this will require specific treatment. Surgery is possible if there is an infection under the skin such as an abscess. If he is not as active, this is likely because he does not feel well. In the meantime, encourage him to eat and drink. Do not give any over-the-counter pain medications as these can be toxic to cats. Poor Floquinha, pictures can be very difficult to interpret but it looks like she may have pulled to skin away from the gums. I would recommend a vet check to ensure there is no infection or debris in the wound but at this late stage surgical repair may not be possible with treatment aiming to keep the area clean and allow secondary wound healing.

I am so sorry about Stitches's eye. She appears to have obtained some sort of trauma, or have a severe infection in the eye. She keeps it closed & is acting timid because it hurts & she is in quite a bit of pain. She really needs veterinary attention so that the proper treatment can be done to save her vision, & possibly even her eye.
