He needs to be seen as soon as possible by your local veterinarian. Unfortunately the signs you are describing are quite severe and concerning and possibly a gastrointestinal inflammation/infection is present. I would recommend an immediate check up, radiographs, antibiotics and supportive treatment (fluidtherapy) are required.

However, other, nonspecific signs such as pain, can also cause reluctance to eat. Bandit may have an eye infection or corneal ulcer, which is causing him some discomfort. I would be concerned that your guinea pig is not eating well and it may indicate that her infection is having a detrimental effect on her overall health. You may need to weigh her daily to ensure weight gain. Continue offering her food as frequently as you can to encourage her to eat. You may also want to try a critical care supplement that you can give her to help increase her caloric intake. If Angel has not been eating well for more than a 2-3 days then I would recommend taking her in to the vet for a thorough check up. She may need additional medication to help her get to feeling well. Sorry to see this has happened to poor Ellie. She requires immediate veterinary attention as this eye is badly infected and will be very painful. I suspect she has developed a bad corneal ulcer or there has been trauma to the eye. She needs to assessed by a veterinarian and appropriate treatment given. They may be unable to save the eye.

This is likely an abscess which will need to be seen and treated by a veterinarian. The vet will need to lance the abscess and flush it. Since it may be involving the teeth, your vet may want to x-ray the head to see the extent. Kuri will need antibiotics.
