I agree, those symptoms are concerning for intestinal, oral, or kidney disease. Unless the test was falsely positive, cats don't outgrow FIV. There is also no cure for the virus, though not all cats that have it will develop disease. I would recommend that Tiger get checked out by the vet. After a thorough physical exam and review of his symptoms, the vet may recommend bloodwork, urinalysis, or x-rays to see what is going on. It's hard to know what it could be, it could be hairballs or general nausea due to various complications of the disease. it's very hard for me to give you any specific advise regarding what to do in this case as i do not know for sure what is causing the symptom. if he starts vomiting then it would be more serious and you would have to take him to the vet for a blood test.

I would recommend that you have Mani checked out by a vet. Some types of infections can be very itchy, but from the pictures I would be more concerned about allergies, fleas, mites, ringworm, etc. All of which can also get a secondary bacterial infection. I can't think of a specific disease that fits what your other cat died of, but cancer or severe autoimmune or inflammatory conditions come to mind. A vet will be able to examine Mani and may collect a few samples for microscopic examination to make a diagnosis.
