If you've tried everything at home already, it is time to bring Jennifer to the vet. Issues such as urinary tract infections can sometimes cause a cat to start having accidents. If she isn't spayed or is in heat, hormonal changes can also cause spraying and other issues that may look like accidents in an attempt to attract a male. Cleaning all areas with an enzymatic cleaner, ruling out health issues with a vet visit, spaying if it is hormonal/heat related, and making sure your cat can easily get to her litter box can help.
