My 3-year-old duck can't walk or eat. What's wrong with her health?

Without knowing what caused the deaths of the rest of your flock it would be hard to recommend treatment. It sounds as if some sort of contagious issue such as bacterial infection, virus, etc may be causing the problem. It would be best to bring your drake into a local vet clinic ASAP so he can be examined to determine the cause of the illness. If you have any other birds remaining in your flock, separating out and quarantining sick birds from the healthy ones, and thoroughly cleaning all shared food, water, bedding areas may help reduce further spread.

You could try to continue the vitamins (there are some that can be mixed with water and then syringe fed) however I would be concerned about quality of life with that many seizures ongoing. If your duck seems to be suffering it may be best to humanely euthanize. If you suspect there may be something such as an illness that caused the seizures, a necropsy from your vet or a local veterinary college may help determine the cause of the issue so you can treat the rest of your flock as needed.

I would be concerned there is an injury to the leg, such as a sprain, break, or wound, or even a neurologic/muscular issues that could be affecting her legs. If it's been going on for several months without improvement, it would be best to have a vet take a look in person to rule out any treatable issues. If no problems can be found or treated, and she is able to get around and is still eating and drinking, making sure she has easy access to food and water, and isn't being picked on by the rest of the flock may help make things easier.

This sounds like a nutritional issue. What are you feeding him? Geese need to eat waterfowl food and not chicken feed. If you are feeding chicken feed then he is probably deficient in niacin. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort. Thanks for reaching out about your duck. Hydrogen peroxide kills cells indiscriminately, good and bad, and should be stopped. This duck might benefit from systemic antibiotics, since topical medications do not penetrate deeply. A veterinary visit is highly recommended, ASAP. This can provide a diagnostic/treatment plan.
