Please !!!! Beans was attacked by a dog the dog picked him up and threw him he can barely walk on his back legs and he's peeing blood should I give him cranberry juice for the peeing blood thing I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow

These signs might be compatible with a urinary tract infection/inflammation. Stress related (idiopathic type of inflammation) infection and presence of crystals are the most common causes of it.
A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
