My dog was attacked, peeing blood. Is cranberry juice safe or helpful?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 28 days old | 3 lbs

Please !!!! Beans was attacked by a dog the dog picked him up and threw him he can barely walk on his back legs and he's peeing blood should I give him cranberry juice for the peeing blood thing I'm taking him to the vet tomorrow

If he is urinating blood and can barely walk this is a medical emergency and he cannot wait until tomorrow to see the vet. You need to take him somewhere today, an emergency vet clinic if necessary. Giving him cranberry juice isn't going to help any trauma to the bladder and it is possible he could have a torn or ruptured bladder. He should be seen right away.

These signs might be compatible with a urinary tract infection/inflammation. Stress related (idiopathic type of inflammation) infection and presence of crystals are the most common causes of it.
A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.

Cali 's symptoms could also be due to a urinary tract infection, an infection of the external genitalia, crystals in the urine, stones in the urinary tract, or trauma to the area. If you notice her straining to urinate/unable to produce urine, this is a medical emergency and she should be seen by a vet immediately. I would strongly urge you to get Rosco in to be seen immediately by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. He may have an internal bleed, trauma to his kidneys, airway damage, etc. that could progress and worsen leading to death. If you can get him in right away, I would do so so that he has the best chance possible to pull through.

Dog straining, bloody urine. Is it a UTI or emergency vet needed?

Yes, I would definitely take Kahlua into an ER vet. I would be very concern that if she is trying to urinate and nothing is happening that she may have bladder stones. Those can cause a blockage in the urethra, which is fatal without treatment. It could also be a UTI, but as I said, it's quite concerning that she is trying to urinate with nothing coming out. Please take her into a vet right away.

Urinating blood can be caused by a variety of issues including urinary tract infection, bladder stones, bladder tumors, prostatic issues in male dogs, trauma, bleeding disorders, and more. An examination is needed to determine the underlying cause and start treatment. Testing the urine and an x-ray may be recommended to find the cause of the blood in the urine. If Pursi becomes lethargic, starts vomiting, or is unable to urinate then this would be considered a medical emergency and urgent care should be sought.

I'm sorry Pebbles has been having such problems with UTIs! This is a great question. This depends. If she appears otherwise healthy and happy, eats and drinks plenty, you can wait until Monday morning. If she appears lethargic, ill or distressed, or if the urine appears very bloody, then she should be seen by a vet ASAP. Feed her wet/canned food, add water to it, and make sure she drinks a lot of water to help flush the bladder.
