Can Clavamox cause kitten constipation? How can I relieve it?

There should be no problems giving them concurrently as long as they were prescribed by your veterinarian. If anything, together they may cause some loose stool. Try stimulating her with a warm, wet washcloth. Gently circle her back end until she defecates. Do this after each feeding. She should be getting KMR and you can start her on a gruel made of KMR and canned kitten food. Consider a probiotic such as Bene-Bac or ProViable to promote a healthy gut. If she doesn't improve in the next 12-24 hours have her rechecked by your veterinarian.

Canned pumpkin (not pie filling, just the straight-up pumpkin) or liquid paraffin can be used, and should work straight away in the following 8 hours from administration. DO NOT TRY to give an enema as it could be dangerous and cause electrolyte imbalances and colon perforation. If constipation lasts more than 24 hours from administration of those or 48 hours in general, a check up at your local vet is required. But if she is straining a lot or vomiting or acting sick at all she needs to be seen by the vet again. Kittens can become obstructed by worms or foreign bodies (string, toys, etc) which could be a serious emergency. But if she is otherwise eating and drinking well then try the laxatone or similar hair ball product. Feeding canned kitten food instead of dry may also help.

Poor fluid intake, low fiber diet, food sensitivities and intestinal parasites can all contribute to constipation in kittens. I recommend adding a probiotic/fibre supplement such as fortiflora and ensure she is kept up to date with deworming medications. Monitor for feces production, she may require another enema if not resolving

Constipation can be a very serious condition, it can be caused by a physical blockage (foreign body like a bone) or a functional peristalsis deficiency of the intestines. In order to treat simple constipation, you should increase the fibers in the food (e.g. canned pumpkin) and can add a little mineral oil to the diet. I strongly advise taking Acil to the vet in order to check if there is a serious condition causing the constipation first.

This is likely conjunctivitis, which is commonly seen with upper respiratory infections. The clavamox will help to keep this from getting too bad, but sometimes prescription eye ointment is needed. Wiping away the discharge with a warm cloth is good to do a few times a day. Considering the one eye is completely closed, it may be difficult for all the discharge to drain, so I recommend having it checked by the vet sometime in the next day or two.
