My cat whines when touched and struggles to move. Is he injured?

Poor Tigre! He certainly could be limping from a fight or may have a foreign body in his paw. It's very concerning you can't touch his leg without him crying, and that indicates he is in a lot of pain. So does the limping. Unfortunately there are no OTC pain medications you can give him, many human ones are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. He really needs to see a vet first thing in the morning for these problems, two weeks is a long time for a cat to be in pain. The vet can diagnose what is causing his symptoms so he can be treated properly. Please take him into a vet first thing in the morning. I would also speak to the vet about neutering him. Poor Tom! Without seeing him I cannot say for sure what he has injured. He could have simply sprained a muscle or broke a toenail. Unfortunately, he could have also broken a bone. I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to localize the pain and take x-rays if needed. Oh my. Ginger could have a lower back injury or even an issue with his prostate. You really need to have him examined by your vet now so that they can palpate his lower back and belly to try and determine the underlying cause here. X-rays may also be needed to make a final diagnosis. The vet can then prescribe pain medication for Ginger to help him get more comfortable. These symptoms could be due to a muscular or nerve injury, a fractured bone, trauma, a mass, or a foreign body in the paw or leg. Some infectious diseases and joint diseases such as arthritis or joint infection can cause limping and gait changes as well. Your vet can assess Oi by doing a physical exam, and will make recommendations for further diagnostics/ treatments as needed. Pain medications meant for humans can be very dangerous and even deadly for cats due to toxicity, so I do not recommend giving any to Oi without consulting with your vet.
