Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 7 years old
My cat has developed a watery eye over the last 24 hours. With a little bit of white discharge. Doesn’t look pink, just a little glazed. I’ve wiped away with a clean warm cloth, for now.

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
