Why is my cat's eye watery with white discharge and a glazed appearance?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 7 years old

My cat has developed a watery eye over the last 24 hours. With a little bit of white discharge. Doesn’t look pink, just a little glazed. I’ve wiped away with a clean warm cloth, for now.

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.

Why does my cat have eye discharge, a crusty nose, and cloudy eyes?

Excessive discharge and crusty nose as well may be due to an upper respiratory tract infection possibly due to a viral infection. These infections can be quite severe and cause superficial keratitis when they affect the cornea as well. That may be the reason for the cloudy appearance of the left eye.
