He weights 3.95 kg ( 4.3 pounds ). He looks pretty thin to me. How can I know if it's normal and enough?

There are several markers (hips, ribs, waistline) that you look at to come up with DoReMi's body condition score (BCS). This is the best way to know if he is underweight or not. However since he is a kitten still, his appearance can fluctuate quite a bit as he continues to grow. Here is a website link that shows you just how to do this. Scroll to the bottom for the chart on cats. http://www.pet-slimmers.com/pet-obesity/how-to-tell-if-your-pet-is-overweight.aspx
But generally speaking, kittens that have weight issues almost always have concurrent vomiting, lack of appetite or diarrhea. If you still have concerns about his weight, then have him examined by your vet for an overall heath check-up to make sure that everything looks ok.

Your kitty is slim but not underweight. I think he looks perfect. Here is a body condition score chart where you can compare the figure of your cat.
