We took in a stray and gave him dewormer. Worms were found in his poop after that dose. We repeated it two weeks later as recommended. Found no worms. Two weeks after that he just threw up a worm and he's been indoors since we got him. Do I redo the dewormer?

When we deworm a pet, it only kills the worms in the body. For some types of intestinal parasites, a repeat dewormer 3-4 weeks later is required to completely rid the infection. If Fiyero is otherwise normal (good activity and eating well), he can probably wait until Monday.
