My cat had been lazy and when I clean the litter box I don’t notice any big poos or big pee clumps. Today she sat in litter box for a couple minutes trying to go. She is also scooting on the floor.

She may be developing a urinary tract infection. That may account for the trips to the box and straining to urinate. Confirmation is by an exam with your veterinarian and submission of a sterile urine sample for urinalysis and culture. The scooting may be due to impacted anal glands. Your veterinarian can quickly confirm this during the exam and express (empty) them if necessary.
Given current events, you may need to drop her off at the clinic then wait for your veterinarian to call you to discuss exam findings and treatment options.
