My 19 year old cat has a large lumpy bloody mess on one toe on her back paw. A month ago it was one, 1/2” long hard growth. In one month it has now developed 4 distinct growths. All are raw and bloody, Non movable, and hard. What could this be? How do we treat foot ie., cleaning, wrapping, medication?

It looks like he could have an infection so he should be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can prescribe an antibiotic to see if it will resolve. If not, then surgery may need to be done to remove the lesion.
