Hello, I believe my cat is having breathing problems. He has an inverted sneeze and is snoring loudly. Are these signs of breathing problems?

Thanks for using pet coach. IF Lumi is making a louder breathing noise when sleeping this could be normal for him. A typical upper respiratory infection will lead to nasal discharge, sneezing and even discharge around the eyes. I would recommend taking Lumi to a vet for a good physical exam just to make sure him lungs sound normal. It is most likely just a normal noise for him. Hope that helps
