My 1 year old cat has started to sneeze and when he does green mucas comes out of his nose. I have been washing his face with a warm wash clothe. It has been going on for a few days. He is also an outdoor cat. Maybe it is allergies? I don't have enough to go to a vet so please help! I don't know what it is.

It could be a respiratory infection, but I'd keep an eye on Trucker for now since he's seen a vet. If this sneezing and snot gets worse, or he develops other signs such as lethargy, coughing, eye discharge, and loss of appetite, I'd take him back into the vet.
