My cat sleeps a lot and has wet eyes after spay. Is it normal?

Without being there or seeing her in person, I can't say for certain, but I would give your vet a call to ask if they know why these bald spots have appeared. I would monitor her eye. Given that she is recovering from anesthesia, her behavior may be off. If she is still having problems with squinting in 48 hours, I would have her seen by a vet. Hi, the incision seems absolutely fine. However what you describe in terms of demeanour and behaviour is not expected after a few days. It could be that Kit cat has a temperature or that she is still in pain. I would recommend to have her checked over to exclude any potential post op concerns such as internal wound breakdown or an internal infection. If all is well, she could have some symptomatical treatment for pain and or/temperature.

I think Lovely is still under the influence of the anesthetics, this type of awakening is typical to anesthesia with ketamine, she will very soon come out of it, in a few hours she should be back to her normal self.
