My 6-month-old cat is sleeping a lot. Is he sick or just tired?

Lethargy is a non specific sign and can be related to a variety of health problems. Given his young age could be quite concerning but at the same time he is eating fine and the body temperature is normal. Sometimes they can feel under the weather for a little trauma, because they feel pain somewhere, for a gastrointestinal problem (check for any vomiting or diarrhea). Luminous is so handsome! His nose looks like a normal color. Depending on his age, it can be normal he sleeps a lot but it can be a sign of a medical illness. I'd have him checked out by a vet to be safe. Best of luck.

Lethargy is a very general sign of illness, and it could be caused by systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. Without any other symptoms, it's impossible to narrow it down further without seeing Dice in person. It is a good sign that he is eating and drinking normally, however. You can take his temperature rectally if you want to see if he has a fever. A cat's normal temperature is 37.7-39.1C. If his temperature is above 39.7C, then I would have him seen by a vet right away. Otherwise, my recommendation is to monitor him overnight, and if he's still acting lethargic in the morning, I would have him seen by a vet for a health check.

Sleeping more than normal for more than one day is not normal. Sometimes a cat may sleep more after a busy night out. However if this lasts through the weekend or if your cat stops eating or appears lethargic, you should take her to your vet on Monday for an exam and possibly a blood test.
