Is it normal for my cat to sleep on the fridge and avoid stairs?

It may just be that Mirz is more comfortable there if she's too hot/cold, however if you are seeing any other changes in addition to the change in sleeping spot such as weight changes, hair loss, changes in appetite, stool, activity, etc, it is always best to schedule a vet visit to rule out any more serious issues such as underlying illness or metabolic disease.

Cats definitely like high perches so your counters are perfect for this. And sleeping on hard surfaces when a comfy pillow is available is also the norm. If you took her to a vet and she appears healthy than it just might be her personality. Some cats prefer to hide from people and are not very social while other cats are very social and love to be around people. If she is eating well and maintaining a healthy weight than it might not be anything to worry about. If you are still concerned than you could take her back to the vet and have them run routine bloodwork looking for potential problems.

Many cats like to hide in the closet, usually to sleep there, as long as she is otherwise eating normally and behaving normally it is not considered to be a problem. if this is new and she is hiding in the closet all day then she is probably hiding a health condition and you should take her to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.
