My cat fought, sick, weak, sleeping, back pain, no bite. What to do?

He may have not escaped uninjured. It is possible he was bitten and is developing and infection or abscess. Cat bites can be difficult to spot. Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian. He may need antibiotics and pain medications.

It's very possible your dog's illness is related to the cat bite. He likely has an infection since cat bites tend to seal over and trap bacteria inside to fester.
