My male cat got into a fight with another cat and now he is sick but i don't know what's happening with him. He doesn't eat as much as usual, he goes to the bathrom normally, he sleeps a lot, he's weak and has this strange back pain close to his tail but i don't see any bite or scratch. He walks and does all things normally but most of the time he is sleeping and tired. Im worried what could've happened with him at that fight and why does he has these back pain. What should i do?

If we was bitten on his back side and it already healed, you won't find any punctures. However it can trap the bacteria and fester into an abscess which can make them run a fever and be lethargic with a decreased appetite. If he just jumped or landed wrong while outside he could have injured his back or pulled a muscle and might be sore. I would monitor the area for any discharge or swelling and follow up with your vet for the decreased appetite
