Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | 8 lbs
My orange tabby is 13 years old he is neauterd he's starting to scream loud for no reason and won't eat his dry food anymore .He only wants wet food now and he lost a lot of weight he is an indoor cat and eats like he's starving I don't know what happen to him so strange

Your cat has some very typical symptoms that makes me suspect of hyperthyroidism, although the age don't quite fit (usually starts at an older age). Other options are IBD, pancreatitis and lymphoma. You need to take Buddy to the vet in order to get checked and have a blood test done ASAP.

It could be more than one things but according to the symptoms i would say that my main suspicion would be hyperthyroidism, which is an hormonal disorder. this condition can be diagnose with a blood test and treatment is usually very effective.
