My cat is scared after a flood and won't eat or use the litter box.

There's a good chance that Benjamin was scared by the noise and people that he isn't used to having around. I would place his litter box, food and water very near to where he is hiding and keep the area quiet so he will come back out. A special type of canned food or treat may help coax him out. You may want to get a Feliway diffuser to help reduce his anxiety. If he doesn't come back out within 24 hours I'd be a little more concerned that he may be sick as cats will often hide if they don't feel well. Also, if he doesn't come out to eat or drink soon I'd start to get worried about dehydration. From Gati's point of view moving house is a very scary experience. Cats are very sensitive to stress. Let her hide where she wants and I would suggest putting her things in that room so she feels safe. Make it easy for her to access food water and litter in this room. Give her some space and time and she will become more comfortable and gradually explore the house. You can get diffusers for cats that release pheromones they can help.

I would encourage her to drink and you may get more than 1 litter box to encourage her to use it. It is not uncommon when pets have not been eating or drinking well to have more extended time between visits to the box. It your kitty was a bit dehydrated from being sick this will also mean less urine in the box too. As it seems that your kitty is feeling better with the care your vet provided i would give it a little time. If he or she is eating then things should normalize. If he or she starts to feel sick again then dehydration may make things worse, and a recheck with your vet is then advised. I would give Ostin a few days to settle down and get used to being inside. If he hasn't used his litter box, bringing him to it so he can explore it, or bringing in a little substrate he prefers to go potty in (such as some dirt from the garden) and mixing it with the litter may make it more obvious to him where he needs to go. If he continues to act lethargic, doesn't use the bathroom at all, or shows other signs of illness, an exam with your vet is best to make sure there isn't anything else going on.

Provide her several litterboxes. You may need to pick her up and place her in the litterbox. If you have a porch area, try placing a box there. As far as feeding, offer her a variety of wet and dry foods. If she fails to eat within 48 hours, you should take her back to your veterinarian. Ask about an appetite stimulant.

Moving to a new home can be very scary for new pets. Bring Claymore the food and water and put them next to his hiding area (if he is under the bed, put the dishes under the bed). Also bring in his litter box close to the area. Giver him a few days to get use to things. Keep the environment calm and don't allow him to be hounded by other pets or children until he is more comfortable.
