My cat has strange, recurring sores on her face and neck. What is it?

Ouch! Poor Sable! From the looks of those open areas Sable could have allergies (food or environmental), flea allergy dermatitis, a contact allergy or even an issue with her immune system. I recommend using a good quality flea preventative like Frontline or Revolution to ensure this is not being caused by fleas. I would also suggest you get Sable to your veterinarian because it looks like those areas may be infected and require antibiotics. Your veterinarian will also be able to take samples from the area and see what other treatments may be necessary. I hope Sable is feeling better soon!

Pepper may be suffering from allergic skin where her skin will overreact to something such as grass, fleas or dust etc, then swelling and infection can develop. This tends to effect the skin in large areas rather than in smaller clumps. If it is random well defined areas that are breaking out I suspect she may have eosinophilic granuloma complex, which is a condition in cats where essentially the skin damages itself. It causes nasty red wet lesions and sometimes ulcers and lumps. I think either way Pepper needs treatment so will need to see the vet. They will likely give an antibiotic injection to tackle any infection. The key of treatment will be managing the immune system which will likely be done with steroids.

This is probably caused by an allergic reaction. first of all make sure you de-flea her regularly every month with a high quality spot on (ex. Advantage) as fleas are by far the most common reason for these reactions. If the fleas are not the problem, it could be an allergic reaction to food or an environmental factor. this is more complicated to treat and will sometimes require medications such as Steroids, anti histamines or cyclosporin in order to stop the allergy.

These lesions can be caused by a few different things, including fleas, mange, lice, infections (bacterial or yeast), ringworm, allergies, among others. They can also be self-induced trauma from itching. If you can't catch her, it will be very difficult to treat. If you can catch her, you can try either a topical flea preventative or flea collar like Seresto, or a medicated shampoo that is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial like Dechra MalAcetic Ultra Shampoo. But I really think this needs to be seen by a vet as the yellow coloring may indicate bacterial infection and she may benefit from antibiotics.

Poor Squeekers. This could be due to allergy or insect hypersensitivity. I would be sure that he is on adequate parasite prevention such as Revolution. In some cats lesions such as these can be autoimmune. I would recommend trying to keep indoors if possible to see if they start resolving. She should see her veterinarian as she will likely need an oral antibiotic and potentially a medication to control any itching. The different options in Alice's case are a superficial moist (bacterial) dermatitis, feline acne or a fungal/viral infection with or without secondary bacterial inflammation. A check up and some skin testing would confirm one of these clinical suspicion. Appropriate treatment may require antibiotics.
