My kitten has recurring neck lumps after neutering. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 months and 5 days old | 4 lbs

I found a kitten outside he was sick with pneumonia was on antibiotics then I got him neutered and now he has lump that fill up on ea side of his neck the go down and a few days later they reappear

It sounds like Lil Man's lymph nodes are swelling up. This happens when there is an infection in that area of the body. I would take him into the vet tomorrow for an exam. The vet can do a physical exam, routine blood tests, and a urinalysis to diagnose what is causing his lymph nodes to swell, and can treat accordingly.
