Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Female | spayed | 9 years and 7 months old
My cat develop this rash on her face and also same side lip area. What should I do ?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Without seeing Boo-Boo it’s hard to say for sure. If the areas are increasing in size and look infected (as you described) then she will likely need antibiotics. Sometimes this is oral but sometimes we can use injections. Also, this may be from an allergic reaction. If so, she may need antihistamines or steroids. I would take Boo-Boo to a vet for an exam of the lesions and discuss her best treatment option. In the meantime, keep the areas clean with a mild soap and dry. Good luck and kisses to Boo-Boo!
