Why is my cat pulling out hair, limping, and has head gashes?

There is nothing that can done at home in this case, I'm sorry. Leo is obviously in a lot of pain, and there are no OTC pain medications for cats. Poor guy. If he is limping then I would be concerned about an internal fracture or even infection. I would take him to the hospital right away because if an infection is present you want that treated right away. An infection is possible because of Raymond's symptom of lethargy. Poor kitty. This looks like a really bad skin infection and could be due to an underlying flea allergy. Luckily veterinary hospitals are considered an essential business, so most are open even with the lockdown keeping other things closed. Your cat needs to see a vet to get this taken care of and also figure out what is causing him to limp? He will need at the very least antibiotics to help clear up this skin infection. Burns are extremely painful, which could explain his sudden behavioral changes. Since there are no safe over the counter pain medications for cats, I recommend taking Leo to his vet.
