My kitten used to have pink gums, but now his gums are turning black which just happens to be the same color as his lips. Should I be worried?

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! At least based on the pictures, it just looks like a normal change in the pigmentation of her gums which would not be serious and would not be a reason to be concerned. If at some point you notice any clinical signs affecting her such as decreased appetite or lethargy, have her evaluated. Otherwise, I think that she will be just fine. Good luck!
