Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 1 month old | 5 lbs
My cat is peeing on my floors. I bought a catgenie litterbox hoping that would help but it no, So I have a regular litterbox too. I clean it everyday (2 or 3x a day). I tried changing litter but it made things worse. She started doing this after I got her fixed. I know she's just trying to tell me somethings wrong, but what? My vet said she has "flea dermatitis" & gave me medicine that didn't work. It actually made it worse! I have run out of options... I want to know what's wrong with my baby.

I would recommend spaying her as soon as you can. If she is over 6 months old she is able to be spayed even if she is a smaller cat. The urination and defecation can be a behavioral issue. I would recommend taking her to a vet for a urine test to make sure she does not have a urinary tract infection or inflamed bladder. If the urine sample is normal I would recommend to increase litter boxes. Also, try felioway. This is a cat pheromone which can produce a calming affect.
