Hi , is this a sign of ringworm in my cat nose? If yes what is the treatment for that ? Can I treat him myself or I should take him to the vet ? Thanks

This doesn't look like a classic ringworm lesion to me, but ringworm can have many different appearances. A bacterial infection or allergy would also be possible. I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Noody to determine what the lesion might be.
