My cat has started to develop a sore on his nose. I just noticed it last night and it got worse with time

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Sukie!
It looks as though that area may be ulcerated. This can commonly occur with feline calici viral infections. It may run it's course but if she stops eating or is lethargic she should see a Vet to check for ulcers in the mouth or a fever. Sometimes antibiotics are needed if secondary bacterial infections occur.
