I am sorry your kitty has not been feeling well. The prognosis will depend on the type of tumor that was removed. The most common type of bladder tumor is a transitional cell carcinoma. This is a type of cancer and unfortunately has a poor prognosis. However you can always consult an oncologist to determine in chemotherapy or radiation will help to extend the length of D'ds life. There are a number of diseases that could cause seizures and slight neurologic deficits and respond somewhat to prednisolone including infectious diseases like toxoplasmosis or fungal cryptococcus, FIP or feline leukemia virus, or parasitic migrations. Unfortunately an MRI and potentially sampling cerebrospinal fluid would be the only way to know for certain what is causing the seizures. Usualky these other diseases would progress more rapidly than a brain tumor and would cause an increase in the frequency of seizures or more severe neurologic signs.

I recommend you seek a full veterinary report from her treatment before you adopt her and discuss the long term outlook with the treating vet. Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Andy! Be sure that your Vet checked Andy's blood pressure as hypertension is a common reason for vision loss in cats. Then I would seek a neurology consult at a Veterinary School or Specialty hospital. They will do a complete neurological exam and may also have you see a Veterinary ophthalmologist. Once they localize Andy's lesion they will then likely recommend a CT or MRI. Once they confirm a brain tumor they can discuss the prognosis if it can be removed. I'm sorry Snuggles has a peripheral nerve sheath tumor! The treatment of choice is surgical removal and radiation can help. Unfortunately 72% of these types of tumors tend to reoccur, but the good news is that they rarely spread to regional lymph nodes or metastasize to the lungs. There is a chance that this treatment plan could be curative, but given the high rate of reoccurrence, I would be prepared that the tumor may come back. That being said, it definitely should be treated, and hopefully it will be successful. Good luck, I hope this helps!

I have to agree with Mano's vet. Even though her mammary mass is currently benign, the presence of AMPK angiogenesis indicates that new blood vessels are growing in the mass, which in turn causes the growth of more tumor cells. Surgical excision of the mass with a biopsy afterwards to assure that all tumor cells have been removed is the best course of action.
