Why is my 6-month-old cat limping, sleeping, and not purring?

Hello Carlos! Limping is a sign of pain in cats, so if Tomaz is limping with his front left paw, he is in pain. It could be that because he was limping on the back paw, it put more pressure on his front paws, and now he's injured the left front paw. I'd take him back into a vet today. Best of luck.

Poor Tom! Without seeing him I cannot say for sure what he has injured. He could have simply sprained a muscle or broke a toenail. Unfortunately, he could have also broken a bone. I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at him. Your vet will be able to localize the pain and take x-rays if needed. Ideally, he should be physically examined by your veterinarian. He may have been bitten by another cat which would explain his symptoms. A cat bite can be difficult to detect and can abscess and be quite painful. Antibiotics and pain medication may be indicated.
