What to do if my cat is limping, can't stand, and bleeding from mouth?

I think you may have given a toxic medication to your cat. Many antiinflamatories are toxic to cats and can cause them to bleed like this and become anemic (low blood count). This is a life-threatening emergency and Emi needs to go to the vet immediately to ensure she makes it. Make sure you bring the pain medication and anything else you may have given her to the vet with you, so they can treat her appropriately. I hope Emi can get to the vet soon and she recovers well.

Unfortunately there are no OTC pain medications you can give him, as many human ones are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. I think you should take him into the vet first thing in the morning. The chance that there is a blood clot contributing to these clinical signs is very unlikely. Typically, when something like this happens, your cat would be in absolutely uncontrollable pain, screaming and crying like nothing you have every heard. You might also notice that the feet and limbs are noticeable cold. This doesn't sound like the case. In all likelihood, Autumn simply sprained or strained something and is now experiencing some discomfort as a result. One other cause of shifting or sporadic lameness in the limbs are tick borne diseases such as Lyme disease. While these are far more common in dogs, they can definitely occur in cats as well. Depending on your geographic region, the type of tick borne diseases that are most common will vary considerably. Hope this makes sense. Get Autumn into the vet for some examination if the symptoms don't subside in the next day or so. Just don't try and give any over the counter pain medication at home as there are none that are safe for cats.

Whisker does sound like he's in pain, and I'm concerned about the blood dripping and pain in the hind end. He could have bladder stones causing the blood (if it's coming from his penis), and bladder stones can block the urethra, which is fatal without treatment. I think he sounds so poorly that he needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
