My cat licked her spay incision and prescribed wound powder. Is it safe?

my cat got spayed on saturday. today is wed. she's licking her wound and also licked a powder that vet prescibed to put on wound. is it ok? ths is the powder.

Hi, no she shouldn't be licking the wound nor the powder. The wound's healing can be delayed if she is licking it and it could get infected as well. The powder contains Zinc that can be toxic if ingested repeatedly. Are you able to put a buster collar or elizabethan collar on her at all ?
