My cat licked some coconut oil out of my hand is that ok her to do or is the coconut oil bad?

Coconut oil does none of the above you mentioned, all it will do is either make your cat fat if taken orally or make your cat's coat oily and sticky if you apply it locally. either way i do not recommend it.

It is not great, as too much fat can cause pancreatitis. You can only wait it out. Watch for vomiting , diarrhea, painful abdomen. If any of this occurs within the next 72 hours, have her examined by a veterinarian.
