My cat is still lethargic, not eating after UTI meds. Should I worry?

I would recommend to just continue with the current plan for now. If it is just related to the trip, she should start feeling better soon. If her appetite has not improved by tomorrow, let your veterinarian know as the other possibility would be that the antibiotics are causing her to lose her appetite which is a common side effect seen with some antibiotics. Based on what you are describing, I would recommend she be taken back in to be re-evaluated and have further diagnostics or treatment done. Cats can only go so long without eating before developing liver issues, so we are always concerned when cats aren't eating. I would recommend Socks be re-evaluated by her veterinarian, have any further necessary testing done (xrays, bloodwork, ultrasound) to determine what the underlying cause for her issue is, and start any treatment that may be needed to help her feeling back on track. Loss of appetite and inappetence can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Ebony reevaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as she has not improved and and is not drinking well which concerns me that she will get dehydrated. Lynyrd doesn't sound like he's feeling 100%. It is certainly good new to hear that the UA came back within normal limits, but I would be curious to know if he ran some blood work too, and what the results of that showed. I would also be curious to know what medications he ended up prescribing. In terms of dehydration, a single day without some water will not result in any sort of life threatening dehydration by itself unless there is another serious underling health condition. If this type of behavior and low activity level continues however in spite of the therapy provided by your veterinarian, reassessment may be required as well as further diagnostics to determine the root of the problem. If you are truly worried about dehydration, you can certainly try and force feed water at home through a syringe but kitties are usually not very happy and cooperative when it comes to this. If that was the cause then she should start getting better in the next day or so. If no improvement, have her evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Good luck! If she isn't eating and is lethargic then yes I would recommend to take her earlier. Also make sure she is urinating everyday so that you know she isn't blocked and unable to urinate. I hope she starts to feel better soon!

You should take Kizzie back to a veterinarian for a proper thorough exam, with a urinalysis and blood work. Diabetes does not often have obvious signs, nor does kidney disease. Both of those can be ruled out with blood tests and urinalysis. Most cats with a UTI do not need antibiotics as most times it is stress induced. All the more it is important to verify that bacteria are involved before prescribing antibiotics. You may want to get a second opinion from another veterinarian.
