Is it normal for my cat to be lethargic and not eat after loratadine?

I'm not sure why your cat was prescribed loratadine, it's not likely that this medication is causing the vomiting but on the other hand Loratadine has no positive effects on cats whatsoever, it works great in humans but not in pets.

Although uncommon, cetirizine can cause sedation, lethargy, and lack of appetition animals. Please call your vet and discuss the clinical signs that he is experiencing. Your vet may want to switch medications or might want to see your cat to make sure there isn't something else causing the problem.

Lethargy is one of the side effects that can occur with Atopica for cats, about 13.6% of cats develop lethargy while on Atopica. While this in itself is not a problem, I would observe Thunder for other side effects such as vomiting, weight loss, diarrhea , decreased appetite,which are the most common side effects. If any of those occur in addition to the lethargy or if the lethargy gets worse, take Thunder back to the vet for a recheck and reassessment. There may be an infection (as his immune system is deliberately suppressed to combat the hepatitis), or your vet may want to change the medication.

Please make sure that Cetirizine is the only medical ingredient in the tablet, and there are no other additives. Pseudoephedrine is very toxic for cats, if this is present in the tablet, go to your vet right away. If you have given 10mg, that is ok, she might just be sleepy. Best of luck with Panda.
