An itchy face and neck is typical for food allergies in cats. Besides this he coulld also have a problem with the shampoo and/or an ear infection since he is shaking his head. I suggest you take Coyote to your veterinarian for an exam. If the itching started when you started to transition him to the new food, immediately stop feeding the new food and put him back on his old food. If the itching then stops over the next week or two, then he is definitely allergic or oversensitive to the new food and must not be given that. But I do think a vet visit is in order to rule out any other cause.

I am so sorry Allie is having this issue. I would recommend taking Allie to your veterinarian. If she has a rash all over her body and scabs she most likely has a skin infection and may need antibiotics to help heal her skin. I would talk to your veterinarian about behavioral medications if they feel it is behavioral. Until you can get Allie to a veterinarian I would recommend an elizabethan collar so she doesn't keep biting herself and making the lesions worse. You will need to take your kitty to a veterinarian for a skin exam. Summer could be suffering from an allergy, mites, fleas, a bacterial or fungal infection. Each of these requires a different treatment, so it is important to find out what is causing the itch. Your vet will do a thorough exam and maybe a a skin scrape. He will then discuss the options with you and then prescribe medications, possibly give an injection to stop the itching.

Ouch, poor Chewie! This lesion looks most consistent with a hot spot (moist dermatitis). Given the location, I would also be concerned that he created the lesion from trying to scratch his ears from an ear infection. If you have clippers on hand, you can clip the hair around the skin lesion and then clean it with an antiseptic soap, such as chlorhexidine or betadine. This is likely a local skin infection. If it is in the area where you put topical flea prevention, it could be a reaction to that. Since the hair and skin is coming off so readily, I would have your vet take a look soon to ensure he doesn't need any antibiotics to help prevent it from spreading or getting worse.
