When can I introduce new cats to my cats after roundworm treatment?

Dewormers generally work pretty quickly, I would recommend keeping them away for at least a week. There are several respiratory infections cats can carrier and infections can spread quickly between cats especially from a shelter. That 7 day period will give you time to schedule an appointment at the vet to make sure the kitten is healthy and make sure there is a feline leukemia and aids done to make sure she is negative.

Unless your vet gave you specific instructions, the dewormers are different medications and do not interact, so they can be given at the same time. The only reason to separate the dewormers would be if there is a large worm infestation and the deworming is likely to cause diarrhea. To be on the safe side, you could wait 2 days after the roundworm medication to give the tapeworm medication. Due to the fact that Merrill currently has worms, she should be dewormed every month for the next two to three months, and then she should be dewormed every three months. It's also safe to give her the Revolution again now. It can be given as early as two weeks after the previous treatment if needed.

Cats with ringworm can remain contagious for about three weeks if aggressive treatment it used, which it sounds like you are doing. I would keep them isolated for at least another week. Keep in mind you will have to disinfect the environment as well because ringworm spores can live in it up to 18 months. Most topical products contain a "bittering" agent to make the liquid taste bitter and prevent it from being ingested. The problem with this is that the kittens may drool and foam at the mouth if they lick the product off each other.
