The twitching and the pain is the most concerning. Causes in an older cat: metabolic issues (liver, kidney failure, diabetes), cancer, pancreatitis, foreign body, or it could just be a virus. I've seen cats twitch when their blood pressure and blood sugar is low. It also could be from different electrolyte abnormalities. Good luck!

Tater is adorable! The signs you are describing can be due to a reaction to a flea/tick preventative or a number of toxins in the environment. It is definitely concerning that Tater is also having diarrhea and loss of appetite/energy as this can be caused by viral and parasitic infections. I recommend having Tater seen by a vet as soon as possible to determine what is going on and begin the appropriate treatment. Your vet will likely recommend a fecal exam and blood work. I'm sorry Piglet is having this problem. There are a few things that come to mind with Piglet. Since he is overweight, we commonly see skin problems along the lower back of overweight cats that can't groom themselves normally. Your vet can do some simple tests to evaluate for yeast or bacterial infection that could be causing Piglet to be itchy. We also see something called Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome where cats are overly sensitive along their lower back. This condition may require medication to resolve. No, none of these symptoms are natural. They all indicate that Minnie is sick and that she needs veterinary care. This hanging lumping could be a lipoma, benign tumor, or a malignant tumor. Drinking and urinating all over the place could be due to diabetes, kidney failure, or hyperthyroidism. Those would also cause her to eat a lot too. She needs to see a vet as soon as possible to diagnose what is causing her symptoms so she can be treated. Please bring Minnie into the vet first thing Monday.

I would not pull it off yourself. These may not be related to the other signs. Your vet needs to examine him to see if blood work is needed for the decrease in appetite then can address the skin troubles at the same time

The lumps in her groin areas may be enlarged inguinal lymph nodes, abscesses, tumors, fatty tissue disease (steatitis), etc. Increased thirst has many causes and is usually associated with increased urination also (called Polyuria and Polydipsia). Causes include kidney disease, lower urinary tract disease, diabetes, infection (if not spayed consider pyometra or uterine infection), thyroid disease, liver/gallbladder disease, other endocrine/hormone problems, etc. I would advise getting Fusspot evaluated by your veterinarian. Your vet can take a detailed history, examine her, and then advise diagnostic tests based on those findings. Usually a minimum database is a good start (fecal/blood/urine tests and imaging studies such as x-ray or ultrasound. Once a diagnosis is made a sound treatment plan can be discussed and implemented. It could be a severe skin infection or an acute allergic reaction. I would recommend a vet check up so that she can get some treatment on board. These reactions can be quite painful and cause itchiness. Vomiting could also be a sign of allergic reaction, leave water down but no food until you see your vet. I would arrange a visit this morning, if possible.
