My cat hit her head in a door showing serious signs. What to do?

I am so sorry to hear this. Based on what you are describing I would assume that the head trauma Dada sustained has caused swelling on the brain. This would account for the neurological symptoms you are seeing. Unfortunately cats with head trauma need intensive nursing care, special IV medications to help decrease the swelling, and possible oxygen therapy. I would definitely take Thing into the vet asap. It could be that she has serious injured that with the hit, and there is a possibility of head trauma from the hit. Best of have her checked out right away. I hope this helps!

Keep an eye on her mentation (is she acting normally, responding normally, she doesn't seem "depressed" or "dull"), the way she's walking (is she bumping into walls, does she have a wobbly or drunken appearing gait), and her desire and ability to eat and drink. Poor little thing. The appearance of the abnormal eye is concerning. There may have been enough trauma to the eye to have caused glaucoma which can be very painful and should be addressed. In many cases, mild head trauma signs will slowly resolve and the fact that she is already showing improvement is a great sign. It is still best to have her checked out, have the eye evaluated and also begin her kitten preventive care requirements suck as deworming and vaccines. Thank you for helping her!

Oh dear, poor Meow! Since she is not moving, eating or drinking, my main concern is that she has experienced significant trauma in her travels, either from a long fall or being hit by a car. These traumatic events can cause major head trauma, rib fractures, or internal injuries that can be quite severe and painful.
