That is where I would start. I do not think the vomiting and diarrhea are heart related so he may have two separate issues going on concurrently.

04/06 is a little far, i would say that it would be a good idea to take her to the vet in the next 24 hours, she is very young, diarrhea combined with vomiting at this age can be life threatening pretty fast.
