Why does my cat have green eye discharge and a protruding anus?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 13 days old | 3.6 lbs

I have my cat here his right eye is having green stuff coming out from it and I also just seen that his asshole is out like the pink part it sticking out.

Hello, sorry to hear about Smokey. His eye discharge can be a sign of an upper respiratory tract infection, an eye infection, being dehydrated or having an ulcer. His anus being on protruded can be a sign of him having diarrhea and dehydration most likely.

If you are seeing that he seems lethargic, has a low appetite, had vomiting or diarrhea, then he should be seen by a veterinarian immediately, Otherwise, please schedule the next available appointment with your vet to have his eye examined. Hope this helps and best of luck.
