My FPLV vaccinated cat played with a dog. Can she get canine parvo?

The short answer is, "no." An adult cat is extremely unlikely to contract parvovirus from a puppy. Feline parvo, also called panleukopenia, can be spread through the stool, urine, or nasal secretions of affected kittens. I'm glad you kept the kittens separated when they were both in your care. Hello, Evee will not contract panleukopenia. A false positive indicates that the car does not have panleukopenia and therefore should not be shedding the virus in his or her feces. Your cat is also vaccinated so Evee should have antibodies to help fight an infection off. Finally, panleukopenia is mainly a disease of kittens, so if Evee is an adult to mature cat then the likely good that she can contract the disease is much lower. Hope this helps
