Flea dips are not really used anymore now days, bit the you will need to buy a good quality flea treatment and that should solve your flea problem. here is the list of the best flea products on the market.

Here is a list of good quality flea (and ticks) treatment. Spot ons: Revolution, Advantage, Advantage Multi, Bravecto spot on (ticks as well) - for cats, Comfortis, Seresto ( (ticks as well). A good house spray would be Indoorex.

Hi there. I don't recommend using flea dips or shampoos on cats, as the chemicals in these products are quite strong and can be toxic. Instead, I would recommend getting a good-quality flea control medication from your veterinarian, such as Revolution or Bravecto. These products are safe for cats, and will be much more effective than an OTC shampoo.

I actually do not recommend flea dips at all, and don't know of any veterinarians who still do them. It's much safer to give an oral medication to get rid of the fleas, such as Capstar, then treat Lipton with a monthly flea preventative after that to keep her from becoming re-infested. Capstar tablets are very inexpensive, normally less than $10 in my area. You should be able to get them from your vet :)

Cats don't get flea dips. I would suggest instead to give her a dawn dish detergent bath, that will strip the fleas off of her. Then wait until she is completely dry and applying Revolution topical flea preventative. You should also treat your home with a flea fogger to rid all the possible eggs and baby fleas that have hatched. Keep an eye on her stools also since cats often get tapeworms from ingesting fleas on their haircoat as they groom themselves. If this is seen, then a trip to your vet is needed for medication to treat. I hope that this helps you rid Cleo of her flea problem. wishes and take care.
