My cat has fever, lethargy, and won't eat after obstruction surgery.

These are very concerning symptoms, and could fit several serious issues, such as GI obstruction, internal bleeding, infection, cancer, etc. I would recommend having Lily examined by a vet. After physical examination, the vet may recommend diagnostics such as blood work or x-rays to determine the best possible treatment.

If no abnormalities were found on the x-rays but she is still lethargic despite treatment, I would recommend an abdominal ultrasound to see if there are any other abnormalities and then go from there. In older cats, I worry about intestinal lymphoma but it is possible this could be inflammatory bowel disease as well. However, there is still additional testing that needs to be done to help rule out other causes of Stella's symptoms. Changing the diet to a prescription low fat intestinal diet like Hills low fat I/D may be something to consider as well but I would discuss this with your veterinarian first. Loss of appetite can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I am more concerned about the fact that she is not eating well and that needs to be further addressed as it is unlikely to be due to a urinary tract infection. I recommend that you have Luchadora reevaluated by your veterinarian on Saturday for further assessment and treatment. Keep in mind that if she is not feeling well, they may not proceed with vaccines that day. You may take in a urine sample that day. If the Vet suspected a URI they are usually viral in nature and the antibiotics are used to prevent secondary bacterial infections. I wouldn't expect a viral infection to resolve in 12 hours sadly. If Turbo still has a fever he may benefit from being hospitalized on IV fluids. If they didn't run blood work I would request full blood work including urine and Feline leukemia and FIV testing (even if previously tested as a kitten). If Turbo hasn't developed any signs of a URI he needs a work up for a fever of unknown origin, which requires blood work, feline retroviral testing, X-rays and possibly an ultrasound. These tests are trying to find a cause for the fever (infection, inflammation, cancer). I am hoping it is just viral and he needs more time. But sometimes that time needs to be spent in the hospital on fluids. I hope this helps and I wish Turbo a speedy recovery!

Yes i would take her in to a clinic. Mobile vets are limited in what they can do diagnostically and treatment wise for sick pets. These sound like concerning symptoms. They can assess for a fever, dehydration, and pain. Likely bloodwork, felv/fiv testing, and xrays will be recommended as the first steps. There are many things that can cause a cat to have a fever and these include pancreatitis, pneumonia, FIP, systemic infections, foreign body ingestion and septic peritonitis, among many others. I advise that you have Mia evaluated by your veterinarian as some of these conditions can be managed to try to get Mia to feel better. At the very least, Mia can be started on symptomatic therapy for now until your veterinarian is able to figure out what is wrong with her. Further diagnostics are likely to include bloodwork, urinalysis, thoracic radiographs and abdominal ultrasound. Good luck! Hoping for a speedy recovery!

If your vet hasn't done blood work or x-rays, that may be the next step. Some cats can have a Fever of Unknown Origin, and it often responds to IV fluids. Inflammation of mucous membranes, such as the anus, can be caused by infectious or inflammatory disorders, and blood work may help to see if this is the cause, including CBC, chemistry, and testing for FeLV/FIV. Internal parasites or constipation can cause reddness of the anus.
